Meet Our Founder Justin Kyriannis MA BCBA LBA

Justin Kyriannis, MA, BCBA, LBA founded Achievable Behavior Strategies (ABS), a center-based ABA clinic serving Las Vegas families. Our center-based ABA clinic has served Las Vegas families since 2012. Achievable Behavior Strategies (ABS) provides center-based and school-based ABA therapy and consultation for children with autism in Las Vegas, Nevada. We specialize in evidence-based ABA therapy that builds communication, daily living skills, and independence while closely partnering with families and schools. Founded and led by Justin Kyriannis, MA, BCBA, LBA, our BCBA-owned clinic provides high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy through close collaboration with families, schools, and providers to help children apply their skills in everyday life. Justin has delivered behavior analysis services since 1998 (Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2002 and Licensed Mental Health Counselor), bringing over two decades of experience to each case. Achievable Behavior Strategies has proudly served Las Vegas families since 2012, providing consistent, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

We have worked in developmental centers, community settings, and agencies nationwide — including New York City, Kentucky, Tennessee, Hawaii, and Las Vegas. Our experience across diverse environments has helped shape our practical, results-oriented approach to behavior analysis. Families appreciate our team’s consistency, collaboration, and focus on measurable improvement for each child.

Achievable Behavior Strategies partners with other professionals to coordinate care when appropriate, such as speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and schools. This team-based collaboration helps ensure continuity and generalization of skills across settings.

We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), ATAP Insurance Assistance Plan, Cigna / Evernorth Behavioral Health, Health Plan of Nevada, Optum / UnitedHealthcare, and Sierra Health & Life (SHL).

Please note: we do not currently accept Medicaid.
