ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

Office Assistant — Scheduling
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant to coordinate client and staff schedules in our ABA therapy clinic. This role requires a strong emphasis on accuracy and proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, and Slack. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining daily schedules, communicating changes clearly, and ensuring accurate appointment coordination. Candidates must be highly dependable, as this role may involve opening or closing the clinic. We typically employ both a morning-to-afternoon and an afternoon-to-evening scheduler to ensure full coverage.

Office Assistant — HR
We are hiring an HR Assistant to support employee-related functions in our clinic. Duties include tracking attendance, absences, and leave requests, running HR-related reports, assisting with employee relations documentation, and maintaining organized records. This role requires confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior HR or office experience is preferred.

Office Assistant — Inventory
We are looking for an organized and dependable Inventory Assistant to support clinic operations. Responsibilities include labeling and tracking therapy materials, monitoring missing items, performing light repairs of toys and equipment, and cleaning/disinfecting items as needed. Accuracy and efficiency are essential in this role to ensure staff and clients always have the materials they need.

BCBA – Full-time and part-time positions available
Achievable Behavior Strategies (ABS) is hiring enthusiastic and experienced BCBAs in Las Vegas to lead our clinical team. As a BCBA, you will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, deliver high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze progress data using Catalyst.

Looking for registered behavior technician jobs in Las Vegas? We’re hiring reliable and compassionate RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.

Duties Include:

Directly teaches each client on the assigned caseload.

  • Electronically record quantifiable behavioral data.
  • Constructs motivational systems.
  • Uses principles of ABA including reinforcement, prompting and fading, shaping, chaining, errorless learning, maintenance and generalization, and extinction.
  • Provides discreet trial training, discrimination training, and natural environment training.
  • Adapts curriculum under direct supervision.
  • Maintains a schedule agreed upon for each client and reporting changes in that schedule to the supervisor.
  • Attends and participates in team meetings, program planning meetings, and all scheduled trainings.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned by the Supervisor.
Work Hours:

Hours are based on client availability. Most services are typically after school hours and weekends; however, some clients additionally receive daytime hours in school.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have knowledge of applied behavior analysis; experience with Autism
  • Must enjoy working with children.
  • A minimum of 12 semester hours (or their equivalent) of college coursework and currently be enrolled in course of study leading to an associate’s or bachelor’s degree (psychology, education.
  • social work, behavioral sciences, human develop ment or related fields); or.
  • Have completed a minimum of 48 semester hours (or their equivalent) of college coursework.
